Dr Kablan is the Deputy Head of the Galilee College of Dental Sciences. He received his D.M.D diploma from Tel Aviv University, Dental School in 1993. Dr Kablan completed his post-graduate studies in maxillofacial surgery at Poria Medical Center Tiberias in 2005. Dr Kablan had been a senior surgeon at Poria Hospital from 2005 to 2017, and at the Galilee Medical Center since January 2018. He has been treating bone atrophy situations with different approaches including nerve transposition.

Dr Kablan has developed new methods of hard and soft tissue grafting that have been presented as clinical innovations in the Annual Meetings of the Academy of Osseointegration, USA 2010, 2011, 2016, and 2017. Dr Kablan was the first to describe the buccal fat pad-free graft and has several publications on this topic. He holds a private clinic that specializes in oral surgery, bone and soft tissue grafting, and implantology.
